Applied Behavior Analysis

While there are many different programs based on the science of ABA, it, in and of itself, is not an approach.  It is the "science of learning".  It's based on over 30 years of reasearch that has examined why people do what they do and how we can increase the efficiency and effectiveness of learning.  It involves increaseing and decreasing behaviors, by manipulating their antecedents and their consequences.  At Let's Talk, we apply the science of applied behaivor analysis to the work we do with our children in order to provide the most effective teaching possible.  Programs based on applied behaivor analysis have consistently been found to be the most effective in treating children with autism.  The download below is just one compilation of these studies.
