PROMPT

We are excited to have most of our staff trained in PROMPT as a treatment method for children with Apraxia of Speech.  

PROMPT involves using touch on the articulators to increase the accuracy of production and sequencing of motor movements required for speech. Children are physically guided through the movements required to produce words and the prompts are gradually faded.
