Voice Disorders

Here at Let's Talk we treat many children with voice disorders that involve misuse and abuse, vocal fold nodules, improper pitch and breath control. It is important to visit an Ear Nose and Throat physician to allow a proper medical diagnosis of the vocal disorder. Once we are aware of the underlying cause of the disorder, a comprehensive treatment plan is developed to address the cause. This often involves teaching the child to use his/her voice in a different manner.
